Writing blunders

When you've got nothing to write about, there's always that pool of making something up that easily fills your thoughts. Might it be a story of how a simple steward becomes a knight, or a last stand against an impending zombie apocalypse, there will always be something to write about.

But as of this particular moment, I'm not entirely sure I can write about those. It's been months since I last tried writing a short story, and an even longer time in trying to create a novella. Even worse, it's been a long time since I've read a book.

I haven't written my New Year's post, where I usually ramble about how the New Year is merely a symbol, so I don't have my resolutions just yet, but maybe I'll add those. And instead of making resolutions, maybe I'll brand them as goals and rate myself at the end of the year.

I think that'll be a good idea.

Read A Game of Thrones by January

Write at least 1 short story by January
